Registration Validation Information

​New Enrollment 
If you are NEW to our district   OR   left PSUSD and are RETURNING, please review the requirements below and enroll online (link below):

Registration Requirements
1. Proof of address - a copy of a current utility bill (gas, water or electric/solar bill). 
If the enrollee is sharing a home with another family or friend, the guardian is required to bring a copy of a current utility bill in the owner's name, a letter from the owner stating that the family is residing at that address and then come to RMHS Administration Office and complete a Shared Residence Form.
 
2. Immunization records, complete Including Tdap.
      Requirements

3. Transcript/Withdrawal paperwork - A copy of the enrollee's transcript and withdrawal paperwork from previous school.
    *If applies - Please provide a copy of the most recent IEP or 504

4. Birth Certificate - Copy of the birth certificate or passport.
